We are a community action group dedicated to bringing family doctors to our city to service those in need of a family doctor.

Kingston currently has over 38,000 people without a family doctor. That number is expected to grow to 53,000 by 2026 according to the Ontario College of Family Physicians. 

 

Kingston needs to be visionary and innovative in order to attract and retain sufficient family doctors to adequately serve our community going forward.

 

We are proposing that the City of Kingston acquire and use the building at 309 Queen Mary Road. It is a centrally located accessible medical building with plenty of parking can be acquired by the City of Kingston and easily converted into a one-stop medical facility with family doctor’s offices and much needed diagnostic clinics with minimal infrastructure investment.
